Maintenance and Support of Projects and Systems

Atlas service center offers the full spectrum of technical support services for installed equipment and systems base for the entire time of their operation.

Currently Atlas provides technical support for equipment in over 100 implemented projects, among them:

• construction of integrated telecom systems in the Building of the Ukrainian Government, in the bodies of the State Tax Service of Ukraine;
• construction of telecom voice and data transmission systems for the National Bank of Ukraine, the Retirement Fund of Ukraine, and OJSC "Kievgas";
• building and update of city telephone networks based on digital switches in regional centers of Ukraine, and national transport data networks for telecom providers.

Major supported projects

• Personified dues registration system for the Retirement Fund of Ukraine - 728 town, 27 regional, and 1 central support centers.
• Complex automated billing system for OJSC "Kievgas" - outsourcing maintenance.
• Distributed billing system for OJSC "Dnepropetrovskgas" - complete remote support.
